HOUSE OF AYNAK Store Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances unless explicitly stated in writing at the time of purchase. This applies regardless of the number of days you’ve had the item, whether you’ve changed your mind, or are experiencing buyer’s remorse.
Prescription Eyewear
Prescription eyewear including frames with prescription lenses cannot be returned or refunded. In the rare event of a verified prescription or manufacturing error, lenses will be remade one time at no charge within 30 days of receipt. All lenses undergo a 3-step inspection to ensure accuracy and clarity before leaving our studio.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered in certain cases, and are for store credit only. No money will be refunded even if the exchange is for a lower priced item.

Exchanges must be approved.

No exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the original purchase.

Prescription eyewear may be eligible for exchange in limited cases (e.g. allergic reaction).

Customers are responsible for the cost of new lenses if a new frame is selected.

Approved exchanges are subject to a restocking fee.
Sale Frames & Warranty
All eyewear comes with a 1-year manufacturer defect warranty—except sale frames, which are sold as-is and not eligible for warranty coverage.
Damages or Defects
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, email us immediately at owners@houseofaynak.com so we can address the issue.
Return Requests
Returns must be requested and approved via email. Do not send items back without prior written approval. Approved returns will be issued store credit only, and instructions will be provided along with a return label when applicable.
